Το μάρμαρο Διονύσου του πατώματος της στοάς συνεχίζει και μέσα στο μαγαζί. Σε μια περιοχή ένα μαρμάρινο “χαλί” και πάνω σε αυτό κεντρικός στη σκηνή είναι ο τεχνίτης που φτιάχνει τον λουκουμά. Το καζάνι, τα υλικά εμφανή, προσιτά.  Συνεχίζοντας την χωρική εμπειρία της παράδοσης του “Αιγάιον”  το καζάνι είναι το πρώτο που συναντά κανείς, η άμεση επαφή με ιδία την τέχνη της παρασκευής. Επισκέπτης και τεχνίτης στέκονται πάνω στο πράσινο στουραΐτικο μαρμαρο στο κέντρο της σκηνής. Οι μαρμάρινες υφές και άλλα διαχρονικά στοιχεία του «Αιγαίον» όπως η καθ ύψος διχρωμία των τοίχων σφραγίζουν το οπτικό περιβάλλον. Οι δουλεμένες λεπτομέρειες των υλικών αντανακλούν την παλιά τέχνη, την φροντισμένη παρασκευή του λουκουμά, μια ατμόσφαιρα οικεία και διαχρονική.

Τhe arcade’s flooring, -Dionysos marble- continues into the shop. In one area, a marble “carpet” forms the center stage for the craftsman making the loukoumades; the cauldron and the ingredients are fully visible and accessible, extending the spatial experience of the “Aegeon” tradition. This was and remains the first thing one encounters—an experience of direct contact with the very art of preparation. Both visitor and craftsman stand upon the green Styra marble at the center of the stage. The marble textures and other timeless elements of “Aegeon,” such as the two-tone walls divided by height, define the visual environment of this interaction. The finely crafted details of the materials reflect the old artistry and the meticulous preparation of the loukoumas, creating a familiar and timeless atmosphere.
